For ages birth to 18 months. Spend the afternoon with Linda Rose as we read a story and explore the creek. Come in a front pack, backpack, stroller, or just walk. Registration is required.
Spend the morning looking and listening to the sights and sounds of nature in the preserve as you walk the trails with Linda Rose. Binoculars are helpful. This walk qualifies for the Walking Stick Program and lasts about 1 ¼ hour. Registration is required.
For ages 18 to 36 months. Join Linda Rose as we explore the trails and woods looking for and catching bugs. Bug nets and boxes are provided or bring your own. Registration is required.
Become an American Girl for an afternoon as we read a short chapter, then prepare for a project that an American Girl would do. Registration is required.
Spend the morning with Linda Rose on the pond paddling around and enjoying the sights that nature has to offer. Canoes, kayaks, paddles, and life jackets are provided. Registration is required as there is a limited number of canoes and kayaks. Registration is required.

For ages 5 to 12 years. Join Linda Rose as we learn about the fish in the pond. Fishing poles and bait are provided or bring your own. Registration is required.

For ages 12 to 17 years and older. Join Linda Rose as we put on boots and explore the wetland habitat. Insect larvae, tadpoles, frogs, and more—who knows what you might catch. Registration is required.
Join Linda Rose as we walk under the light of the “Sturgeon Moon.” This walk will last about 1 to 1 ¼ hours and qualifies for the Walking Stick Program. Registration is required.
Join Bethany Cleveland for POP Pilates in the Park, a mat based, full-body fitness program set to the beat of pop music, done in the serenity of nature. Registration is required. Cost: $10 per person.
